MONEY IS GOOD BUT MONEY IS NOT EVERYTHING

Who said that money is not good? Who doesn’t need money? I need money, you need money, we need money! We wake up in the morning and dash into the world for the trrasure hunt of raw cash to satisfy our wants. But have you taken time to reflect why we need money? We need money for several reasons. In the final analysis, all we need money for is to have comfortand have p eace of mind. But money is not everything friends! Many have met untimely death in pursuit of money. Many are wasting in the prisons because the lust for money pushed them into excesses which the society cannot condone. Money cannot buy precious moments with loved ones. Money cannot buy justice; justice bought with money is injustice. Money cannot buy truth, but it can succeed in sinking truth. It will not be long before truth resurfaces. Money cannot buy you good life but loving relationship can. Best things in life are paradoxically free! “One of the dangers of having a lot of money is that you may be quite satisfied with the kinds of happiness money can give, and so fail to realize your need for God. If everything seems to come simply by signing checks, you may forget that you are at every moment totally dependent on God.”—C.S Lewis. Sober reflction please.
